Diversey CleanPatch Rectangle Medical Surface Repair Patch SKU#DIV-12003 - 3.5x6in Rectangular Patches For Damage Size Up To 4in. CleanPatch is a medical surface repair patch that is specifically designed for use on hospital beds and stretchers. CleanPatch is clinically tested and validated for restoring damaged mattresses to an intact, hygienic, state and is an FDA Registered Class 1 Medical Device.

CleanPatch is ideal for cost-effectively and permanently repairing: Foam mattresses, Air loss mattresses, Stretchers, Operating Room tables, Other polyurethane coated surfaces.

To Apply CleanPatch:
Measure the damaged area & select a CleanPatch that covers at least 0.5in margin around the damage (3 sizes available).
Clean the mattress (per hospital protocol) and dry it.
Remove the backing from the CleanPatch.
Position the CleanPatch over the damaged area and apply pressure to fit.
Slowly remove the clear top liner from the CleanPatch.
Smooth the CleanPatch from the center to the edges.
Wait 1 minute, then clean the patch and surrounding area (per hospital protocol).
Track the repair by initialing and dating the patch using the provided marker.
