Oxivir 1 RTU (ready-to-use) disinfectant cleaner is formulated with proprietary Hydrogen Peroxide (AHP) technology that kills germs and destroys allergens while cleaning hard non-porous surfaces. Oxivir 1 RTU disinfects viruses and is a soft surface sanitizer, both in 30sec. It is a 1min bactericidal, fungicidal, tuberculocidal and 10sec non-food contact sanitizer. Kills MRSA, Norovirus, RSV and Adenovirus. Meets bloodborne pathogen standards for decontaminating surfaces soiled with blood and body fluids. EPA and FDA Certifications. Fast, effective, sustainable, and environmentally-responsible formulation has no VOC's, no added fragrances, no NPE's, no phosphates, no quats, no phenols, and the active ingredient breaks down to water and oxygen after use. Ideal for daily use on most hard, non-porous surfaces in operating rooms, long-term care facilities, medical facilities, animal treatment facilities, cruise ships, hotels, public buildings, public restrooms, recreational facilities, retail businesses and educational facilities. Oxivir 1 Efficacy Against The SARS-CoV-2 Coronavirus

Oxivir 1 (EPA Registration 70627-74) appears on US EPA's List N for Use Against SARS-CoV-2. The EPA has stated the following:
"EPA expects the products on List N to kill SARS-CoV-2, the coronavirus that causes COVID-19, because they:

• Demonstrate efficacy against the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19);
• Demonstrate efficacy against a pathogen that is harder to kill than SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19); or
• Demonstrate efficacy against a different human coronavirus similar to SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19).

EPA expects all products on List N to be effective against SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) when used according to label directions."

How it is listed shows that The EPA expects Oxivir 1 to be effective against SARS-CoV-2 because it has demonstrated efficacy against a pathogen that is harder to kill than SARS-CoV-2.For disinfectants registered with The EPA, companies are not allowed to label against a specific virus or bacteria until the efficacy data has been reviewed and approved by The EPA. Once the efficacy data has been developed, this approval process takes about 3 months for The EPA to approve a product. Diversey is currently in the process of submitting the data for Oxivir 1 to The EPA.
